Cooking School

If you are keen to learn The Art of Pastry and understand the traditions of baking, then these classes are ideal. Each class is totally Hands On, Participants arrive around 5.45pm, are offered a glass of wine & given an outline of the evening. We start baking at 6pm sharp and pause for a light supper break mid evening then back cooking through to 10pm. At the end of the night you have mastered basic baking skills and have a box of fabulous treats to show just what a great baker you are.
