Cooking Classes
If you are keen to learn “The Art of Pastry” and understand the traditions of baking, then these classes are ideal.
Each class is totally hands on & usually of a four hour duration. Participants arrive around 6pm, are offered a glass of wine & an outline of the evening. We start baking around 6.20 pm and pause for a light supper break mid evening cooking through to 9.30 pm.
At the end of the night you have mastered basic baking skills and have a box of fabulous treats to show just what a great baker you are.
