All puns intended, Sydney pastry chef Vincent Gadan is on the rise. The executive chef of Patisse is raising his celebrity profile with debut appearances on MasterChef and Food Safari this week.
Vincent, who appeared on Tuesday in the MasterChef Immunity Challenge, will also appear on SBS’ Food Safari tonight and will finish off the week with a special Dessert Masterclass on Masterchef.
